Worse yet, your lift fails and your vessel is damaged!!  We are firm believers in keeping all your marine assets in top condition for peace of mind and uninterrupted time on the water. Our dock and lift maintenance programs are a natural extension of our Dockside Inspection Program for your vessel and deep discounts are available when you combine services. • All cables, pulleys, sheaves, and belts are inspected and exercised
• Wiring and control box(s) are cleaned and checked for water tight performance
• All sheaves and gears with grease fittings will be greased every 6 months 
• Lift and dock lighting is tested and recommended for safety and aesthetics
• Recommend safety enhancements and upgrades based on your desires
• Inspect and recommend dock repairs, improvements and design when replaced
• Inspect seawall for wear and degradation issues to avoid catastrophic failure
• Consult and install underwater lighting and bait boxes
• Consult and install gazebo, tiki huts, dock boxes or other dock structures as desired  

We will inspect docks and lifts when we make our regular visit for Dockside Inspection of your vessel. The lift will be exercised at that time. The condition of your dock and lift will be noted and if an issue is spotted, the inspection report will include the note and will have pictures of the issue.

Regular maintenance and greasing will be performed every 6 months to ensure smooth operation.

Our Dock & Lift Maintenance program is only available along with a Dockside Inspection Program contract.  The cost to add this program is $75 per year and well worth the money to prevent your vessel!

Discounts are available for multiple lifts and discounts are available for repairs, upgrades, additions and replacement of docks and lifts by our valued partners.
